Customer satisfaction is important to us, so we want to ensure you get the right product for your needs. as such, we have worked very hard to add as much information to the website as possible, to avoid you purchasing the incorrect item. We include product images, product SKUs, detailed descriptions, videos and free product user manuals, to help you in selecting the correct product for your Insnrg pool equipment. If an incorrect product is purchased, we may offer store credit or a refund at our discretion. Receiving the new product and adjustments in price, may need to be processed prior to shipping the exchange replacement product. Store credit may be offered if exchanged products are cheaper than the original purchase.

If we choose to offer a refund on any purchase, a 25% restocking fee on the original purchase price may apply in rare circumstances, and typically only if the product is a special order item.

All postage costs relating to returns and warranties will be at the customers expense, as is customary.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website.
