Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We offer with our compliments, $10 flat fee shipping & handling on all purchases.*

*Excludes some bulky purchases which may incur a higher charge and an additional flat fee of $10 may be charged on orders that include a Cartridge Filter Element. If we are able to ship your order together, then the additional $10 fee will be refunded to you.

We do our very best to source quality shipping with reputable carriers, Amazon and Australia Post. Our Express delivery service is provided by Australia Post.

Please note shipping costs may also include a handling fee.
